Office Policies:
- Clients will be required to pay fees at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made.
- It is the client’s responsibility to verify their own insurance and know their copay and coverage for mental health services.
- An online "client portal" is available to clients for your convenience of scheduling appointments. A "welcome to the portal" email will be sent to you with a link to the portal upon once you have filled out paperwork at your first appointment.

Insurance Policies:
- Office will submit claims to the in-network insurances listed above
- Patients that have not met deductibles will be required to submit super bills to their own insurance
- Super bill will be provided upon request
- All Out-of-Network Insurances Are Accepted
- Office will provide a super bill for you to submit to your insurance upon request
- Patients will submit their own super bills to all out of network insurance companies
